We have been waiting for 9 years for the federal estate tax system to be reformed. Instead, this is what we get at the last minute by a Congress who seems to not care about the American people.

I am delighted that 2010 is not grandfathered in with zero estate tax because somebody who I care for a lot was planning to commit suicide. (to them- 2010 was a good year to die and pay zero estate taxes)
